Launch

Post by Aja »

Aja is due to be launched Tuesday. Should I be thinking of skiing rather than sailing? :?

I was down on the boat today cleaning inside but nearly skited off the deck when getting aboard. Not funny.

But this was Sunday before the hailstones....

Interesting pic
How much chain have you out in that depth and have you dragged at all over the winter.....?

It has and continues to be absolutely bl00dy awful up here...

Claysie - just goes to show that my anchoring technique is spot on. The GPS shows that she has hardly moved an inch. Remarkable!

I wouldn't be surprised if your GPS does show some movement by tomorrow (Thurs) judging by the draught in coastal Ayrshire at the moment...
Gawd - second look at piccy, is that just sticks that's holding her up? We have to provide metal cradles in order to qualify for a parking space.( and they have been known to 'walk' in this sort of weather)
http://trooncruisingclub.org/ 20' - 30' Berths available, Clyde.
Cruising, racing, maintenance facilities. Go take a look, you know you want to.
