Unfortunately, the 'enlarge' function results in a connection failure for me. However, there's a distinct possibility that I'll get my hands on one or two - luvvem!

Made a casual enquiry to nls about how to get a digital copy of one of the charts... 3 days later it popped through my letter box with an invoice for £10.16! Very efficient delivery even if I had not asked for it. Have now printed out one at A0 size and am loving poring over it.

We relied on a copy of CCC sailing directions, and nothing much else, on our first foray out of the Clyde, and were confused and surprised to find one of our proposed island anchorages had been bricked up and called Croabh.
It's all to do with keeping up to date I suppose. We still don't invest annually to get the latest info, maybe that's part of the fun!

LOL, I love my 1972 Blue Book. Luckily, I'm always on a charter boats so up to date pilot books are part of the deal.

where are MacNevan and More Isles in Loch Craignish?

Not much to go on, but from the description I'd guess Liath-sgeir Mhòr (and Bheag) are the More Isles and Eilean Macaskin is MacNevan. Doesn't sound likely, but cannot think of anywhere else it might be.
