I can't seem to Top myself

With this new whizz-bang falourm thingy, I cant get the "Top" thing to work

At the bottom left of each post there is a "Top" clicky, which used to take be back to the top of the current page, but does not seem to work now.

It's not serious, but it worked fine under the "old" system, and I'd like it to work in the new one, please.
