Does anyone have any recommendations for suppliers of new fabrics for Seat covering/ Curtains?
Any help would be appreciated.

Have a look at woolies - they specialise in motor trim, but they have a fair range.

We bought an end of roll cloth trim from eb@y - just keep looking and bargains can still be found there.
