How long do you want it? It's a Beneteau First 18. Got pics if you are interested.
Here is what I put on Boats and outboards:
"Designed by Groupe Finot and Built by Beneteau with a white GRP hull, and an off white GRP deck. She has a swing keel and tiller steered transom-mounted rudder, new in 2008. The original Aluminium spars are by Z Spars. Sheaves replaced 2008.
Terelene running rigging replaced 2008.
SS Standing rigging, the fore stay and adjustable back stay are original, the shrouds were replaced in 2007. Sails : Slab reefing Main, hank on No1 Jib and Genoa, probably original but good condition.
Engine, Tohatsu 4HP 2 stroke, with restrictor removed to make it 5 HP, long shaft with high thrust prop (plus std prop as spare) and charging circuit. New 2006.
Electrics: leisure battery in box charged from engine, new 2007. NASA log.
Safety: fire blanket, 2x1Kg dry powder (new 2006).
Domestic: A rather neat, custom built galley insert with cut-outs for Origo 1500 spirit cooker, cutlery tray, bottle store and a bowl. Storage under for pans.
Berths: 2 + 1 (or 2 if the galley is removed) occasional berths. The original upholstery is still serviceable but would benefit from replacement within the next 20 yrs.
Inventory: CQR anchor with 10m chain and 10m rope; fenders; Mooring lines; Boat hook; boarding ladder. Trailer: Single axle 2 wheel braked trailer. New wheel bearings 2008, new tyres and rims 2007. New jockey wheel 2006."
I'm asking £4500 to see if anyone bites, it's about what I paid for her 4 yrs ago plus half what I have spent on her upgrading stuff.

I keep thinking of stuff that I missed off, like built 1981 but each time I edit the add it dissapears for a while before it's cleared. I'm saving up a few tweaks instead of doing them piece meal.
The upholstery lasting 20 yrs is a bit toung in cheek, did you find that emoticon yet? I did say within 20 yrs, it could mean tomorrow.
