It depends on how quickly they eat the sheep.


The CDM regulations would have required the designer to undertake a Designer's Risk Assessment which should have included assessing the risk to operatives of maintenance operations and subsequently, appropriate design should have reduced this risk. Coming up with a green roof may not have achieved this, pleasing although it is.

No doubt throwing up a sheep would contravene the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992, although they do not specify a absolute maximum handling weight. Perhaps provision has been made for operatives erecting scaffolding to enable them to use strimmers (whilst clipped on of course). The grass might even be of the non-growing variety. Who knows? I suppose the Highlands and Islands Council should be able to tell us, or be required to under the FOI Act.

You're probably right. Although it's quite possible that I have may have thrown up mutton, on occasion, after a few post prandials.

BTW, is Inverie still served by Bruce Watt's converted MFV? Or is it getting a new pier just because everyone else got one for the new ferries?

Not a bus shelter......It has a dual function, one of which is a ferry shelter! There are no buses (rustic or otherwise) on Knoydart, if fact no overland vehicular access, apart from quads perhaps. The other function...?
