No, it's brand new. The original Michief sank off Jan Mayen in the Artic Ocean Lat 71 in 1968 at the age of 62 years.

Phew. I knew Tillman wasn't 100 per cent accurate but I'd hoped he wouldn't invent his vessel sinking!

Fantastic pics Nick.
I havent visited the Crinan yet, but after our unsuccessful atempt at getting to Ireland last week we reckon the Crinnan and up the west coast will be our next venture but probably not this year.
Btw what make/mod of camera were these taken with?
