Nearly there. You've done the hard bit opening the PB account and uploading the pic. If you wrap the url in img tags it will appear in the post like so:

PB does this for you. If you click on the box labelled IMG code below the thumbnail of your pic it will automatically put the whole string onto your clipboard then all you have to do is ctrl+v to paste it into your post.

OK definitely west coast of Scotland, I'm guessing that's Mull in the background and Alan Sugar second from the right...

Oooh The Apprentice meets Blue Peter.
Have you noticed how the apprentices all say, 'Morning Sir Alan' and none of them say, 'Hello Sugar'? Probably a good move.

It is indeed. You can see the shower over Mull, it was one of those glorious days when the showers were all over the land and somehow missed the sound of Mull & Loch Linnhe.

If the second one on the right had one attribute of Sir Alan.......he might have been sailing something newer...but then..
