Steel Boat Hull

Hi all, I am currently working on refurbishing my 35ft steel yacht. My attention is now on the Steel Hull which has some circular patches of rust where the anti fouling has worn off. Thanks for all the responses so far, I have been looking at three boats in particular after reading the above info.
