Went alongside for an omelette and a wee swallie on my way up to Tobermory this evening.

I took the first 2 posts to mean that the floating snack bar was in fact Msr. Shard, but I may be wrong.

It was indeed the good vessel Shard, licensed to purvey omelettes and fine drams.

Some BlueMomenters here in Stornoway just now, most notably Ocklepoint @ Aros Mor.

Maybe next week....

Funny thing, since Nick started the thread, there seems to have more boats anchored there than usual. Mind you, it was in winds from the W/NW.

Do you think that helped the smell of delicious cooking pervade everything to the S and SE thus attracting a greater number of yachts than might normally be expected?
