A quad copter. You can get ones with on board video cameras from about £100 ( junk)
Or good ones with on board GPS with auto fly home mode and GoPro mount for about £600+....
I suspect they would be great fun for an hour or two, then get abandoned in the spare room cupboard. They don't work very well in a breeze so no yottie under way type videos.

Great video. Would have liked to see out over the pontoons. Perhaps not wise to fly over water?
My son made a tricopter and flies it sometimes.
I was surprised at the advance of the control gear, motors and batteries.
3 phase motors about 2cm diameter, batteries that deliver kilowatts (not for long though), control systems using microwave frequencies etc.
He hangs a "gopro" equivalent under it for either stills (remote shutter trigger) or video.
No idea on cost.
