Thanks for the list as the weather has got the better of us too; Captain Philips a couple of weeks ago, and, last night, the new Coen Brothers film Inside Llewyn Davis.

We went to see Inside LD yesterday. Interesting but not, as they say, a very cheery picture.

I was struck by how closely related the final song by Bob Dylan is to the "Leaving of Liverpool". I don't recall hearing Dylan's version before; from one of the various bootleg albums I suppose.

I think that it was on a few of the Dylan bootlegs - I have it on 'Great White Wonder - Seems Like a Freeze Out' where it's entitled 'Restless Farewell'. PM an email address should you want the MP3.

I know things might look bad but there are better ways of keeping warm than in the local cinema. That's not the best use of the winter fuel allowance.

Did you enjoy it? Think I might splash the cash on the DVD.

I watched it a couple of weeks ago, it brought back a few memories. I was at Brands when there was the kerfuffle about Hunt restarting, they glossed over it a bit in the film. I liked Hunt, but gerw to appreciate Lauda. Won't ever like the cobbler though.

The Crew has just pointed out that she bought the DVD and it's sat there under the TV.
I hadn't noticed.
