Could those of you what went tell us what didn't a bit more?
Any half decent smaller cheaper sailing cruisers there? (some hope)
What was your dream boat?

I wasn't allowed out that far from home myself but I believe there was a very fine Westerly Pageant on show. Not for sale though.

I borrowed a camera which I'd never used before (it was digital apart from anything else!) and so there were some technical difficulties. However this was the Princess (or Sunseeker or some such) mountain of a stand.
New mobos are much more visually diverse than new saily boats (and appear to have much bigger show budgets) and I find I've taken a lot more pictures of them than I have of real boats. In fact the only boat I really felt drawn to was the afore mentioned Pageant in the concourse.
I saw the 10kg Rocna and it looks like a fine anchor as well as being a helluva big lump to find space for on
Silkie's foredeck.
A good day out though for my first proper boat show and as for the party...
Apologies for the crap picture

Just one of many amazing bargains at the show, this jacket is made from Suhaili's "original" sails and is only £1500.
