It's the spiel you get when you originally register for the forum - but it wasn't accessible anywhere once you were in, so I've added it here. I meant to lock it as well . . .

Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us."
I take it the other place has a different T & C

Having had a look in at The Lounge yesterday, I would think it must have! (There are some seriously disturbed posters there.)
