The one just over the hill from Tayvallich I mean.
It has been spoiled by moorings and fishing equipment.
Also has become VERY weedy.
Shame. It was one of our favourites.

Just to be clear, which bit(s) of Carsaig are you thinking of? There's the bay itself, the two inlets on the S side (which do have moorings) and the anchorages N & S of Carsaig Island. I used the N island anchorage last year and it was fine (after the slightly tricky entrance). I once dragged from the S island anchorage, but that was with the previous boat and a Bruce anchor...

The south of the bay anchorage (North-facing) is full of fishing crap. (or nearly so!) maybe room for one boat behind the nets and raft...
The south anchorage behind the northern island (south of seal rock) was where we found the hugest amount of weed I have ever encountered, in previous years it was lovely clay. There are moorings in the best bits.
