The Glenachulish Preservation Trust is appealing for a new 'high profile' patron to front up efforts to keep the MV Glenachulish, Scotland's last working turntable ferry, running across Kylerhea. Claymore is obviously fast approaching a loose end and of course has high level contacts and advanced ICT and networking skills. Perhaps this is a job for him?
Glenachulish is currently in service at Stromeferry during the closure of the A890. The Trust have interrupted their winter maintenance schedule to help re-connect Lochcarron with Kyle.
