No, it didn't really.

You are such a sensitive soul Matt - I've changed the title of the post.

What do you think of the bubbles?

um, well, i suppose the bubbles are quite sort of atmospheric, somehow. Bit bonkers, but what the heck.

I could do a do a cartagena video if you like?

Hm, a real Strad costs about $20million these days so the rest of us have to make do with stories and jokes about violins. I quite like the the Tommy Cooper joke of his discoveries in the attic - a Stradivarius and a Renoir! Unfortunately, Renoir was cr@p at making violins and Stradivarius was useless at painting..... There’s also that one about bringing along an old violin “because I gave Yehudi me new’un” but nobody ever gets it.

Then there's the famous Scottish violinist, Yehudi McEwan.......

Some people have asked me about the difference between a “fiddle” and a violin. Although exactly the same instrument, it’s essentially difference in the way they are taught, especially to young people. So, it’s fine to play a violin with a young child - but it’s definitely not fine to fiddle with them.

I can also advise on the difference between a violin and a viola. Very simple to check - a viola burns for longer.

Well, on similar lines
You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose
But you can't pick your friend's nose
