According to the beeb :
A bunch of new drilling licences have been awarded which is good news.
"The licenses are in the West of Shetland, North Sea Central area, the North Sea Southern area, the English Channel, THE NORTH CHANNEL and Morecambe Bay."
It would be SO nice to crew change out of Oban....
