The best thing about that report is the 63 stone bit, no jobsworth has seen the need to convert it to metric

(edit) In fact, it looks suspiciously like someone has converted 400Kg into stones, that's even better.

15 anchors "worth thousands of pounds" - lets be generous & assume it's only 2,000 quid now divide by 15 & that's £133 each. Nah, they aren't Rocnas.
