'Mistral' has splashed into the salty stuff

We launched 'Mistral' at Kip on Friday morning and spent the weekend on board. At the moment we're a mobo with a very tall VHF antenna as the new sails haven't turned up yet.
I had driven a truck back from London through the night of Mon / Tues, caught up with my sleep during Tuesday, prepped the mast on Wednesday, 'Mistral' was lifted on to the bogey, and then the mast was stepped on Thursday.
The insurance company has asked for a survey so that was done on the 23rd March - it went very well but work was needed to eliminate some just-visible movement of the stern bearing carrier. I was rather reluctant to undertake the work myself but timescales meant that I had to. The log next to the stern bearing carrier is a complicated shape but I managed to build up a 50mm wide cuff using woven cloth tape and epoxy over a few days after removing the unreinforced filler which had been used previously. The weather was rather cool but I managed to get it all done before driving down to London.
Phone calls will be made tomorrow to determine if we will have new sails, old sails or no sails for next weekend!
We motored to Holy Loch and back this afternoon so that we could break our duck of getting out / in our berth and out / in the marina entrance.
