Nuclear evacuation - Blackpool

Following the recomendation of the UK, US, French etc govs to be no closer than ... erm ... 250km to a radiation leak, my thoughts, charitably, turn to those less fortunate who are surrounded by nukes and how the rest of the country might welcome their evacuation - to your doorstep - particularly those for whom alternative transportation, eg by sea, is not available for unfathomable (geddit?!) reasons. What a wonderful surprise that would be?

There can't be that much left if you bang a 250Km exclusion zone round every Nuclear power plant.
We're near Leeds, the AA route planner says we are 240Km by road to Calder Hall, Windscale or Sellafield, that cuts out all the North West and most of the North East.
