BLUEMOMENT

So there we were sitting on the veranda of the Baltic Bay Restaurant, having a farewell drink after a successful week sailing and training for the practical exam ( all three passed with flying colours, 2 ladies, 1 man ) I looked over the parking area, where a very big and expensive mobile home had parked, hiding a yacht from our view. All that I could see was the mast stretching skywards. Turning to the newbies I said, “ that mobo’s got a nice mast”, The question came straight away, “ Why does he have a mast on it “ It took a while before my answer, “ that’s so he can set sail to cruise down the auotobahn and save petrol “ was considered as anything but the truth.
