Perhaps someone could kindly take the time to do that for the OP, and then if it is OK with him I wouldn't mind hosting a copy in the Bookshelf section on BM.

Sorry, I don't succeed putting the book on the same time in the web page, beecause it is a big volume. It takes a lot of time for upload it.

I would be happy to do so, but I don't think I can unless someone tells me otherwise - I think that to create a pdf you need a full version of Acrobat rather than just a reader. However, I have downloaded the 12 parts and I thought the following table might help someone who is properly equipped, since the order of the file names is not immediately obvious.

I thoroughly enjoyed this too but couldn't help noticing that page 42 (from part2) is also missing.
