Added Solent forecast

Hi again,
Thank you for your feedback about the new forecasts.
I have now added The Solent as a forecast area and have published a web page at
http://www.sailingweather.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Once again I would really appreciate your feedback. Please spread the word about the forecasts, print them and display them at your club or marina, and tell as many of your friends that they can get the forecast too at sailingweather.co.uk
For those of you not sailing in the Channel or Solent I will be adding more areas depending on the success of this initial trial, so again, please tell everyone you can about it.
