A moody shot taken in Insh Sound, Firth of Lorne. Pic courtesy of Andy Sime.

First one for a while with the calendar at the top lh corner, thought I'd give you all something to do dragging your icons around.

Thanks Nick.

It would be nice to have a less Scottish feel now and again?

Jim,

To tell you the truth I thought that shot was taken off the Irish coast when I first saw it. I think you mean you want some mud!

This year may have been a little Scottish because I have tended to use my own pix, but it isn't fair to say they have all been Scottish. Take a look over the last 8 years of BlueMoment calendars. I particularly commend December 2008 to you - very un-Scottish.

S'ok, I managed to find a pic of the same view from our travels, and unless there are uncannily similar backdrops spattered round Greece, the skyline matches perfectly.

I like the Scottish pictures personally. So many other sites have beutiful sunny pictures with blue skies and smiling people who know how to sail.
