when your boat has been lifted out for the winter

go and check that the marina have closed the main saloon hatch......
just received an e-mail from Dave at Alba Sailing to say that he had lifted Rosally along with the rest of his own boats.
Didn't have the heart to ask him to pop it back in, as I wasn't going to take it out until after Christmas.
Do you think I should call him and ask him to "toddle out" and check he's shut the hatch?
As it turns out, I wouldn't have the chance to use her before New Year anyway as I'm off on my travels again. I really did appreciate his efforts though - so I have promised him some free labour with his boats after New Year.
