Ooh, i've gone and bought an Apple computer. This is brilliant cos it has no manuals, just little videos to explain things. I bought the thing cos, well, there it was and is good at video stuff, and didn't want to furthr break the computer i use with the satphone (the wifi switch seems knackered, otherwise it's fine) so i'll keep that for the sat stuff, and the ole one for spare, and the teensy computer for email ashore. Which means the applemac can do the video. Yeah, i bort the hd videocamera thing in gib cos it was quite cheap, but haven't gt round to using it yet. Sooo, that means i have all the gear i need to do a video but um no actual video yet. "Importing video" is the first thing you need to do, it says in the tutorial. Dammit. So i gottit to lash around the computer and it found some video in "my pictures" which (very obviously) shouldn't be video at all

So when are you going to show us the bits that were intended to be video?

Edit: after you've shot some, I now realise from reading the op properly.

Pink is a very "in" colour amongst us youngsters confident in our sexuality. In the sixties it was "pink for girls"and then a bit later it was "pink for gays" and hence it's trendy and slightly rebellious perhaps because of this hidebound stereotyping. Hope this helps.

There used to be "Think Pink", a brand name for very stylish rock climbing accoutrements for the fashion conscious, overpriced t-shirts and suchlike in the 70s. It probably suited the weather climate of California, and well as the alleged freethinkin' freewheelin' political climate there, not to mention freeclimbing (this was when aid routes were being freed up).

As Matt said, I suppose that it was supposed to sum up rebelliousness, although I wonder if hidebound stereotyping did for the brand in the end.
