Just watched (online) his broadcast about pirates in the Niger Delta. Who the f**k does he think he is talking to? He knows as much about piracy in the Niger Delta as he does about the Pirates of Penzance................. Keep it up Ross, get our day rates up a bit more..............

I watched a brilliant prog on Discovery Sunday night about the recent Piracy attack off Somalia where the The 3 pirates holding the captain on a fully covered lifeboat were shot simultaneously by snipers from the warship which was towing them.
IMHO a couple of snipers on the vessel before it was boarded would be a much better and cheaper solution. 4 guys with AK47s 600km offshore in a fast rib were not out for a daytrip.
