Scenario:
You want to sell your house, buy the boat, go off into the wide blue yonder for some years.
But what about details such as:
... No UK address or ANY address therefore very unhappy bank manager..or worse NO bank manager.
... No address so people from the legal side of life (lawyers, the people you invested that money from your house sale with) cannot contact you.
... You have really become a person of no fixed abode with all the problems that raises...getting into other people's countries not the least.
Getting back into the uk when its all over.
Does anyone know where I can get the relevent information covering the legal side of long term cruising?

Why not . . .

Keep a toe on the property ladder by downsizing severly and buying a small flat? Rent it out, keep it as your address but have your mail forwarded.

Just a thought . . .

Otherwise, I would just use a friend or relative's address and don;t tell anyone you are permanently absent.
