This is a nice option, so pending the return of auld friends then i will happily do the breakfast and throw fenders, radar covers etc overboard in my spare time.

Naturally if this was up to me, by now someone would have had the grace of doing a response to your most generous offer.

But it isn't

Not so! I even explained there would be loads of room because we could park you outside in the cockpit tent

Well both of course. Would you like to reserve starboard or port?

'Sumptuously appointed cockpit accommodation with panoramic sea views, hot and cold running water (well it would be hot in the tropics), and en suite wc (cockpit drains).
Your berth comes with full Irish/Scottish/English breakfast and complimentary abuse (?).
Flowers can be requested as an extra.'

As a right hander, may I reserve the port side.
Will there be a first aid kit on board - the Muz may require splints etc.

You're sharing the cockpit with Claymore from the sounds of it.

Yes. Plan is to get the boat over a few days before and have it somewhere near Oban on thursday. Obviously depends a little bit on weather

Fine
Latest plan is for self and supercrew (PHandy) to sail over week before-ish arriving er in time despite potential horrible april Atlantic low pressure systems.
Forepeak - Claymore and the Muz including first-aid kit and splints
Quarterbirth cabin - self
Main cabin - Para and tcm
Unfortunately the radar has never been the same since Clare Island trip and is inop. (inoperable) tho now chartplotter is in op (in operation).
I think we should keep the cockpit tent free in case of emergencies/bagpipes

Excellent - the Muz and I are reserving a number of rooms in a variety of locations from Oban to Port Ellen in case the aforementioned April Low Pressure puts the bollox on all the plans.

Couldn't ljs just arrive almost anywhere and say he is a friend of Claymore? Or is that a bad idea?
