Hi there,

I'd just like to bring attention to my friend Tony Kearney who is crossing the Arctic Ocean in a Deep Seadog, British registered ship no. 360489 (Registered at Cowes). Built '73 Standard: Lloyds 100 A1. Call Sign 2LSB. Gross tonnage 6.8. 30' yacht.

He's 67 and making the attempt alone, any kind of support even if it's only visiting the site: 'Arctic' Tony Kearney would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance!

. . . in the finest traditions.

An amazing trip. Not much we can do but I have put an entry and a full colour link up on the Remarkable Voyages page at http://www.bluemoment.com/voyages.html

If you can think of anything else we can do then let us know . . . although we are heading 'off soundings' ourselves four weeks today.

About the only thing I can offer is web related advice. It's a lovely site, but you need to target more search terms and get more inbound links.

Target sites about the Arctic, the NW passage etc and hassle them for links - offer them reciprocal links if necessary, worth setting up a special page. Make sure the site is listed on www.dmoz.org. Post on YBW with the website in your signature.

Wish Tony all the best from BlueMoment, and keep us all up to date by posting here.

Thanks so much for your help and advice, we'll tell Tony that Bluemoment is supporting him next time we speak to him on the satalite phone.

I've put a link to your site in our links section and I've made a banner for you and put it on rotation with the other two.

Thanks again,
