I wonder if its this forum that has changed my comfortable life style?

When i joined this time i became a midshipman life continued more or less as normal being west of the Rhone has meant finding new wine sources cafes to eat well,we did find a very good producer on the D17 not to far from port

Then life changed i didnt have a moment to relax(almost) i was kidnapped & later shown the alternative preferred to stay and do what i had been asked to do,at other times such as on sunday i gave an 11m boat one complete coat of paint,before that a complete preparation and coat of anti fouling

When i found an internet connection i looked in hear to find id become an "able seaman"!How long must i remain an able seaman?what comes next??Will i survive to rigorous work of the able seaman?

The other day i saw a plastic davis one for 6€ perhaps i should see if its still for sale?

At least i could keep up my astronav?I gave up this may when i had an offer i couldn't refuse. the price i paid for my sextant new, i got £400(1000€)

No one has ever called me a master mariner either but it seems I am one.

It's only a label, but I supose it carries a certain cudos, and not a little responsibility.

Can I be a bit fresh? My aim is to move to salt water when I have more time at my disposal, for now Windermere is convenient but not so salty.

Err, no. Last time I noticed it was TCT, commemorating himself receiving the Tennant Caledonian Trophy from the CCC. You'll have to ask Nick.

Have you checked that your carer hasn't been showing any untoward signs of opulence lately?
