No he's not (AFAIK anyway) although he was active on a wooden boat forum fairly recently but not as Mirelle. Unfortunately, extensive memory dredging and some googling, have failed to come up with the right forum or his user name.

i always thought mirelle came from round about ipswich.

It may not have been mirelle, I can't remember, but I do remember he left after another bout of right wing bigotry and racism in the lounge. He was (is) a Brit living and working in warsaw and for a while was talking about the embarrassment to Britain of our stag party culture that is getting bigger in Poland. Maybe you can correct me wrt to his login.

I did have some pm correspondence with him and it was in my inbox for a while but it seems I have now cleaned it out. doh.

Thanks all, yes it was Simon, I thought it was Warsaw he lived, but if you have read this far you will realise what I think and what is are often two rather distant things.

If anyone has an e-mail contact for Simon I would really appreciate it by PM, I know he will not mind, as we often chatted in a friendly manner by pm, it was never required to go further until he left, which happened within hours so I didn't have the opportunity to stay in touch.
