Saturday in the Hoos o' troosers was particularly enjoyable.
Great to see all there. Dear Heart thinks you all the jolliest of people and thinks that no harm can come to me whilst away with you on future Chentleman's cruises.
Thanks to Donald for bringing up the small issue of the Tobermory Race Officer. That's doon in the book.
Had a good day Sunday getting the final coat on the woodwork so Claymore is looking pretty chipper now. This was Dear Heart's first experience of the new cooker and the heater. She was heard to remark last evening on the drive home that she thinks both are excellent and asked why there could not be given consideration to the notion of a Chentlewimmin's cruise.

I ask you.

Well, please excuse my indiscretion Oh Mighty One! Having broadcast, to the world, your need for crew to assist you in some indispensable role in the booze-up with the boys from the Clyde Cruising Club, it had occurred to me that your Dearheart was aware of your plans and that you had in fact applied for the appropriate leave. It now seems that this was not the case and that Mrs Claymore was unaware that you had been plotting an escape behind her back.
