Can anyone recommend a good place to dry out a boat anywhere near the Gareloch? Only have a 4 foot deep keel so don't need a huge tide. Abandoned the boat over the summer to explore NZ and in the interim her speed has halved! Hoping its just fouling which I can scrape off between tides.

I've been told that Caladh Harbour has a good spot to dry out but would prefer somewhere a bit closer. Too skint to afford a lift out.

I've dried out against the inner wall of the outer harbour in Rothesay with some success.
