The prostate consultant advises Decaff coffee and tea - which I find drinkable
She also advises drinking 2 litres of water a day and 0% beer.
Has anyone found a product that is palatable or is it all just pish?
The stuff I've drunk is a bit like flat lucozade.

Ask for peer reviewed evidence. There may be an inclination amongst some medics to discourage anything that's enjoyable. Of course, if the microwaving of your nether regions has ruined your urinary sphincters any serious bevying leads to a puddle!

for Zero % beer, try JumpShip beers, brewed in Edinburgh
https://jumpship.beer/
Beers that are brewed as 0% taste better than beer where the alcohol is removed and flavours added back (Heineken 0 etc)

The new Guinness 0% is really good.
For a non alcoholic beer..best I’ve tasted. A while back they did a low strength version which was very good in cans but I think they stopped making that sadly.

Brewdog Lost AF is good of you like a paler, fizzier beverage.
Forget about no-alcohol wine, it is truly tragic.
I've seen a few no-alcohol gins, but never tried. Anyone have a view?

I'm a bit of a 0% Perroni fan. I'm normally a Guinness drinker but more and more I'm volunteering to drive so a low alcohol beer for me is much preferable than Coke or a soda water and lime.
I haven't yet come across this fabled Guinness, but will look it out on Wully's recommendation.

The consensus on the rig crew on here over Crimbo was Guinness was best by a long way, Brew dog was shyte and the non alcoholic wine disgusting.

after a cancer op, my wife wanted to reduce alcohol consumption but still enjoys pre dinner G'n'T.
for the fake G'n'Ts / 0% gins...
Seedlip: ok but a bit harsh
Tanquery: good, v similar to a real G'n'T
0% wine: not tried any

Entirely agree. The Guiness 0 tastes almost exactly the same as canned draft Guinness.

Not serious wine drinkers here, but wife is happy to have zero Tanquery.
