Staying fit!

Stay Fit all the time to maintain good physical condition whenever you're sailing. Regular exercise is important in sailing. That's the most important tip i always keep in mind. I do some stretching with my legs, arms, back. I also go to the gym & workout so i could at least burn some body fats..

I once had tae witness you an yer early mornin yoga routine - talk aboot aluma vilomi - quite pit us aff oor oats.
