On the odd occasion when I start a vaguely interesting thread on SB . . . like the current YM anchoring article critique -

Should I post it on here as well in the hope of stirring up some traffic?

And would any of you think of doing likewise?

And how long would it be before folk were saying 'na, seen it on SB'?

or . . . on SB . . . 'na, seen in on BM . . .'

Go for it .. I think there might be different perspectives

the majority of registered users here do not post. a great number of them hail from outwith Scotland. obviously very difficult to know whether they either view the posts on here or view / post on ybw. i think it would be safe to assume that you might get away with double posting for a while anyway but whether that would increase the postings on this forum only time would tell - suck it and see .
i was surprised to see that i appear to be the 6th most prolific poster on this forum and that within 2 or 3 weeks only !! ( that`s counting silkie and machurley as one btw - if i`m wrong about that i will stand to be suitably correctioned ).
anyway i`d be happy to give it a try.

Why not.... might be interesting to contrast the responses both from a technical perspective and from the perspective of how many 'whinging' responses you get on here... (not many I suspect.....!)
