he did make me that offer - "kiss my ring, Claymore" he said. He used that other spelling of ring, the one that begins with an A and finishes in E with just the r and s in the middle.

Didn't sound terribly Papal, I remember thinking.

Apologies for not paying attention. I must do better.
If I am not too late there is a most smart looking Twister next to me in the big shed at Fairlie for sale. I have not taken a close look as she is covered but the hull looks good. The sign says £18.5k. Is that ball-park?
If you have interest I could get a phone number....

I looked at a Twister in Fairlie a couple of years ago. "White Rose", or something like that. Don't suppose it's the same one.
