Elaine also runs SWMBO sailing courses for ladies only. I now have a piece of paper that entitles me to sail a boat.

Which is what I was doing before - but now the RYA say I can.

Silkie, you could pick one up in Duncans Chandlers if that is your preferred colour.

I was only commenting on Bob's assertion that there wasn't much choice in lifejacket colours when his first mate was wearing a natty pink number so I'll pass on this one but thanks for the link. :)

Killing time before the short drive to Zeebrugge, and then the loooong overnight to Rosyth - saves the drive from Hull though.

Aquaplane - sorry we've completely hi jacked your serious question. My passage plan for that would be to follow the Liverpool - Belfast Ferry then the Belfast - Troon one - a` la Rodney, Del Boy, and Uncle Albert.
