Forth Marine Textiles made a sprayhood for Flap using a skip-recovered aluminium frame. Cheapest I could find at the time and the quality of the work couldn't be faulted.
They are Dunfermline based but come over to the West coast for measuring and fitting.
If you can do without the old sprayhood they might use it as a template
