Are you suggesting that the boat returned from Lochaline, sorry, Norway, with a new skipper? A Doppelganger?claymore wrote:He's not been himself since Norway.......

Re: More free time . . .
I found this on Wiki.
"The Fountain is a 2006 American film directed by Darren Aronofsky and starring Hugh Jackman and Rachel Weisz. The film comprises three storylines where Jackman and Weisz play different sets of characters: a modern-day scientist and his cancer-stricken wife, a conquistador and his queen, and a space traveler who hallucinates his lost love. The storylines, interwoven with use of match cuts and recurring visual motifs, reflect the themes of love and mortality."
The film is a love story that spans time and dimensions. I'm beginning to think that I know what it is based on.
There is a tree involved too, so that proves it.

I can't find him now - I've blocked him. Seems pretty effective - means they can't post on your wall or interact with you in any way. I wonder where he'll turn up next. Bet if I joined a caravanning forum he would soon turn up.

Now he is stalking me on Flickr . . .
.
The guy really is obsessed - he must be continually monitoring this forum. He just commented on one of my pix on Flickr - and I only posted them late last night. Fortunately Flickr also has a decent blocking system, so he won't be commenting again.
(If I tell you that the phrases 'pregnant troll' and 'four-eyed shortarse' were included in the comment you can probably guess which photo it was. The thing that makes it particularly strange is that the Vicar himself is no oil painting, although he does seem to have some odd ideas about genetic purity).
Frankly I am beginning to worry a little though as this behaviour is now beyond a joke and becoming that of the true obsessive. I sometimes wonder what other furtive, grubby activities he is up to on his hot little laptop. Perhaps he should remember that his real identity and history of antagonism is known to many and that he has blazed a wide and obvious trail through cyberspace.
