Can I be so bold as to ask the forumites to alocate berths onboard Rosally as they see fit as I am due to return to Niggeria next week and may not be able to keep track. I do not mind who my shipmates be, I have shared cabins with all sorts around the world - although on this occasion my cabin mate will definitely be MRS PUDDOCK. If someone could be so kind as to give me a clue before I head off on my travels again, it would save me any embarrassment at double booking if I happen to ask a friend along.
By the way, anuone hrading to Dunstaffnage this weelend?

Seems as if LJS may vacate Fanny's Bay in the venerable Sadler. Think he's just disappointed in the standard of taxi driving that he has experienced over the past few years - between Glasgow and Oban.
Anyway, should this come to fruition - Para the Muz and I may well end up Sadlering. Matt is Very Quiet at present and it would help if he made a noise.

I think it possibly a bit wildish for mojomo to divert northwards and v early for a transat (would have to leave carib latest v early april...) to reach scotland in time for cc09.

Soo... i wd love to come along and yet...i wll again be boatless and berthless.

Perhaps claysie has retained his impeccable contacts with royalty and we can wangle a trip in a rustler out of Ardfern?

Otherwise (yes, probably otherwise...) I am up for anything either ridiculously expensive OR very cramped and yet fabulously economical. I can even bring along a musical wooden liferaft/firewood if required?

I wonder, praps the boat market has collapsed and we can buy a boat for fourpence? Alright then, thruppence.

Also I might be able to offer lifts northbound from lundun upwards. I think i might give priority to good-looking occupants, so Mm'selle Mcdonald has first refusal, and second option to her kitbag.

If I've not flogged the old girl, I might be up for it. Where does it start from? And are smelly wooden boats welcome?

The hardcore boats live in Craobh, Loch Melfort (sometimes) Balvicar, Dunstaffnage and Dallens Bay and so we "start" somewhere in the middle. Where possible, pre-cruise drinkies are on the Thursday night in a central location. Three crews made it to Dunstaffnage last year. In previous years this event has been held in Oban and Craobh.

You're very welcome, I'm sure, whenever you can make it.

Avilion should hopefully be there and should have at least 2 berths available.

(Always subject of course to getting a few vital jobs done, e.g. new prop shaft seals put in, before she goes in the water...)

I'm off to Nigeria for my month on Monday 30th March and will be home just in time for the cruise (kidnapping and crew-changes permitting). As I am home on the Wednesday evening prior to the cruise, could anyone that wishes a berth onboard let me know asap, as I can't guarantee any regular correspondence once I get on the rig.
Rosally has had her shake down and seems to be ready to go (famous last words).
So far, we've got a double berth and 2 singles up for grabs if they are needed.
