Ah - but I see that you used (a lot of) white text on a white background on your last post there.

BTW - what is your magic USB dongle thingie doing? Tapping into someone's wireless? or GPRS? or somat?

Ash

BTW - we both might get banned by WC for mentioning the bar which isn't the public bar.

It's effectively another internet subscription (unfortunately). I still work, albeit part-time, which usually entails about two visits a month to London, with lots of time spent in hotels, trains, and/or airport lounges. The dongle plugs into the USB connection. I use T-Mobile - it was not my first choice (O2 would have been, but didn't have the product at the time), but available at the right time, and pretty good to date. I can get 3G access in towns and cities, GPRS most other places, including the mooring at Appin, but obviously not in empty glens or remote anchorages. It doesn't work in Balvicar either....

Anyway, at £15 a month it beats the £7 - £18 per night tariffs that I've been charged in hotels etc. Actually, I made up the £7 tariff - that was for the Cruising Association in Limehouse (good value imho); hotels generally cost more.

Too much information. Keep your wee dongle where your mum told you, and WHY did you out Silkie as a swinger? Now all the availables will flock round him and we'll get nowt. Some scuttlebut this is going to be.
