Shuggs - just a brief note of profound appreciation for the sumptuous lunch - totally unexpected but delicious. Where did you get such big ones?

Claysie
I'm so glad you enjoyed it. The foie gras was something I just had knocking around and the lobster was nothing special. I hope that the fitting of the thermonuclear reactor in the fine shup Claymore goes to plan but on reflection I'm not sure about the planing foils. Beware the maidens in the Galley - they mean you no good.
All the best,

P.S. Having returned home with a dab of Trilux 33 behind each ear, Mrs Shuggy thinks this is a sign of amour.

Isn't it always? I rely on manky bilge and diesel smell to get the galley slave revved up!

There's an eerie light on the park tonight
A man is crouched on bended knee
Infra red shines all about
And angle grinders grind with glee.
Poor Sarah had her bottom scraped
Then painted red for all so see
Then ground and filled with such great haste
To spare the yard their ignominy

Cracking rhyme...
I've gone over the season in forensic detail and the only possibility there was for a crunch like that without me noticing was when she went into the water at a different yard. Ah well, you live and learn. Good of Bob & team to get it all sorted so quickly. My wallet will hurt a but but better that than having some delamination down the bottom of the keel.

i suggested to Bob that a cast iron sprung buffer would affect your boatspeed but he seemed to not be listening...
The wiring loom is no more, as are the instruments - gone to the great calibrator in the skip.
Been working all day by the light of my headtorch - can barely see my Jura in front of me....
