Just being nosey, but while in Annapolis, have you come across an Island Packet 40 called “Tinteán” (ex "OKEEDOKEE II")?

if so, please say hello to Ken for me.

Afraid that I don't know where he is - and it's a big area. From memory, he lives in Annapolis, quite near to Back Creek. He bought the boat from Eastport Yachts, which I think is near Spa Creek, so she may still be on the hard there. We used to work together.

I think Capricious is at Wemyss Bay, with another beutiful piece of Victorian wood, iron and glass heritage ruined by MacBraynes (I presume), and a local planning authority.

My mistake, I think you're right. Haven't been there for a few years. When did that monstrosity behind it appear? Really don't remember seeing that "improvement".

I just got my first and only pics of Chiron sailing.

They were taken on Sunday in quite a brisk wind by Ali on Carna, a First 21.7, some folk we know through the TSA:

Just to prove to everyone that Miss Sable does have 2 sails and contrary to common myth they have both been out of the wrappers at the same time and used to power her along. Taken in Loch Fyne by Lesley.

I’ve been labouring under the misapprehension that Centaurs were unattractive. Boy was that wrong – she looks fantastic!
