Cautious start
Cautious start
I found the boat, the rain and the New Canvas Covers, but the saloon full of mainsail and unenthusiastic elctric bog forced a re-group chez Webcraft and thence the Queens in Oban. This morning I plan to head out (in the car) towards Ardfern, possibly via Balvicar, again...

Re: Cautious start
Hmm, this year is not going well - if I hadn't spent an hour yesterday being battered about by the physiotherapist, then it would have been all off for us. Even so, all the diodes down my left side are still aching but I'm now a bit more mobile and hope to be there. TnT tonight, but by car......tcm wrote:This morning I plan to head out (in the car) towards Ardfern, possibly via Balvicar, again...

Sitting here listening to the wind and rain I'm getting harbouritis. So I'll be going to the TnT by car too, aiming to be there about 1900 ish.

You've probably left, but I just thought I would say that due to a last minute cancellation we now have sofa space if required.DaveS wrote:Sitting here listening to the wind and rain I'm getting harbouritis. So I'll be going to the TnT by car too, aiming to be there about 1900 ish.

Has the chents cruise turned into more of a hurl in the motor? Will there be string back gloves and Jackie Stewart type caps?

Them RIBs were thrashing about Loch Craignish off and on all day. Allegedly there is a rubber boat muster at Easdale this weekend.
Along with an RHYC mussel eating festival in Loch Spelve, or ' Opening Muster' as the newsletter better describes it.
We are staying put as the crew is nae awfae weel and neither of us likes shearing around the anchor all night.
So, fresh bread baked this afternoon , fire on and cabbage curry simmering away on the stove.
It's deffo gonnae be windy chez Wully ramorra
