The maximum draft is still 2.0m freshwater. Crinan sea lock is currently open three hours either side of high tide The sluices at locks 12 and 13 are now only operated by canal staff. Sea lock restrictions have been lifted but the fresh water maximum draft remains at 2.0m.(1.9m sea water).

Corona. That's not good for the proper pilots. I always send a booking confirmation text which includes the price.

Joe has been piloting for many years now so really knows the canal. If you can't get Joe then you might try www.crinanpilots.uk who pilot 7 days a week.
