The Ronja boats must have been in that loch hundreds of times before the crunch-

Thank goodness. Still, this comes to show you just how unpredictable the ocean can be.

As you say, odd that they hadn't hit it before coming in and out of Loch Uiskevagh.

Their draught is supposedly 5.1m, so I don't think I need to worry about it too much. ;)

Must be quite a lump of a wee hill on the bottom, since most of the surrounding water is about 25m. Not one to get excited about I think :)
