Haven't seen anything from from Simon for a while: is he OK, or just got fed up with trying to make sensible forecasts with so much apparent volatility this this year?

A shame he's not been on lately, although when we most needed his forecasts in August Shard was usually sheltering in some secluded anchorage without an internet signal. Personally, I valued his regular forecasts. Probably didn't do him any harm either (at least in terms of book sales ).
